Dice Return Policy?
The return policy for dice.com is as follows:
- Entitlement to a refund occurs if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. In the case of cancellation, a full refund is automatically issued to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled and the new date is not suitable, a refund can be requested.
- A refund is also issued if the event organiser explicitly instructs to refund the tickets, or if a ticket is offered up to the Waiting List for a sold-out event and another fan buys it.
- For some events, a cooling off feature is active where an automatic refund can be received within a brief period after purchase, depending on the event partner policies. However, no automatic refunds are available within 24 hours of the event start time.
- If a decision is made not to attend an event anymore, or something prevents attendance, a refund cannot be offered. In such cases, the send to a friend function can be used.
For merchandise returns, most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition. Returns up to 30 days after delivery may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days, or any sealed or shrinkwrapped items that have been opened, will not be accepted. Sale/clearance items are not refundable. The return shipping costs are covered only if the return is a result of an error. The refund should be received within two weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for the return, the time it takes to process the return once received, and the time it takes the bank to process the refund request.
